  • Managing human ressources (employees, schedules, conflicts, etc)
  • Attending management meetings

  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Knowledge of the software used
  • Leadership & ability to make important decisions
  • Stress control

Experience:

Minimum 6 to 8 years experience in the hotel industry

Comfort attendant Reporting to the Houseker, the responsibilities and essential functions of the position include

  • Prepare the trolley for your daily tasks
  • Prepare the unit for the arrival of the cutomer
  • Prepare the unit for the customer's second stay
  • Report irregularities of the state of the rooms to the people it concerns
  • Clean public areas and hallways
  • Taking care of lost and found objects in collaboration with the Housekeeper
  • Respect of the hotel and banner's standards
